offer four self-contained models and seven box-type models. Gets ALL the dirt. Many extractors actually grind some dirt into your carpet every time you clean. Not our extractors. They get all the dirt using a two-step process. First, a powerful pump loosens all the dirt and grime in the carpet with a high pressure release of solution. Then the scrubbing brush dissolves the dirt and sucks the dirt and solution into the recovery tank. No carpet cleaning system is more thorough. Self-adjusting operation. The brushes on our extractors adjust automatically to any type of carpet. No mistakes. Rugged design. Units are built from resilient molded polyethylene to deliver years of reliable performance. A low center of gravity and even weight distribution keep the units very well balanced and easy to maneuver. Protected against corrosion. All solution pumps have viton seals for maximum resistance against chemical corrosion.
Self-Contained Extractors
Our self-contained carpet extractors feature four brass jets with individual screen filters, a high-speed, floating chevron brush, belt guard, and a cast aluminum squeegee. In addition, all models have a hinged bottom plate for ease of service. The 870, 1190, and MX21 come with a spout for easy emptying into a bucket or drain. Optional accessories for self-contained extractors allow users to clean upholstery, stairs, auto interiors, and other hard-to-reach areas.
Box-Type Extractors
Super Series. Dual vac motors provide 152" of water lift. Pump generates 100 PSI. Comes equipped with 12", two-jet wand, 15-foot vacuum and solution hoses, and seven-gallon solution and recovery tanks. Pro Series. Two or three stage vac motors provide deep cleaning power. Pump generates 100 PSI. Comes equipped with 12", two-jet wand, 15-foot solution hose, 15'x1.5" vacuum hose. Deluxe Series. Three-stage vacuum provides 137" of water lift. Variable pressure pump generates up to 250 PSI for a professional deep cleaning on even the grimiest floors. Comes equipped with a 12", two-jet wand, 15-foot high pressure solution hose, and a 15'x1.5" vacuum hose. A hinged top on all box-type units provides convenient access to internal components like the vacuum motor and pump if maintenance is required. The Deluxe 15R comes standard with a heat exchanger, which keeps the solution water hot through the entire job. The heat exchanger may be ordered as an option all other box-type extractors.
